Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care by performing dental cleanings and prophylaxis
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Create a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in a clinical dental setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and techniques
• Familiarity with dental software and equipment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
