Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care to patients during half-hour appointments
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
• Collaborate with a dental assistant to optimize patient flow and comfort
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience in dental hygiene (entry-level welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene techniques and instrumentation
• Skill in patient education and oral health counseling
• Proficiency with dental software and record keeping
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
