Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care through thorough teeth cleanings and oral health assessments
• Take and process dental X-rays, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Partner with the dentist to develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain meticulous patient records while adhering to infection control protocols
• Create a comfortable, reassuring experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and safety

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrument sterilization
• Familiarity with dental software and accurate record-keeping
• Understanding of oral health assessment and disease prevention
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and routines
