Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments to maintain a safe environment
• Take and process dental X-rays as directed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred
• Current Dental Assistant certification or licensure in Wisconsin (if applicable)
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization techniques, and procedures
• Proficiency in dental software and record-keeping
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor
