Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth patient care
• Prepare instruments and materials for each appointment
• Take and develop dental impressions with precision
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Ensure sterilization of equipment and adherence to infection control standards
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post‑procedure care

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in a dental office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Dental terminology and procedures
• Radiographic imaging and interpretation
• Sterilization protocols and infection control
• Patient care and comfort techniques
• Team collaboration and workflow efficiency
