Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth patient care
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for each appointment
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Coordinate with the dental team to optimize workflow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification preferred
• Experience as a dental assistant is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Knowledge & Skills

• Dental terminology and procedures
• Infection control protocols
• Patient care and comfort techniques
• Basic radiography and charting
• Team collaboration and time management
