Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray examinations on emergency department patients
• Operate GE Revolution Maxima CT and GE Tempo RAD equipment
• Ensure patient safety, proper positioning, and high-quality images
• Document exam details accurately in Meditech system
• Collaborate with radiologists and ED staff to provide timely results

Qualifications

• Must hold ARRT certification in Radiography and CT (ARRT(R)(CT))
• Current BLS certification
• South Carolina Radiologic Quality Standards Act (SCRQSA) registration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in both X-ray and CT
• Previous travel experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced emergency department
• Proficiency with GE CT and X-ray equipment
• Knowledge of Meditech documentation system
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Adaptability to changing workloads and call rotations
