Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Support residents during meals by assisting with feeding and monitoring intake
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients and staff
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to promote positive outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• A heart for helping others and a commitment to compassionate care
• Must bring a state or federal issued photo ID and wear a badge at all times
• No prior experience necessary – new graduates are welcome to apply!

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care, infection control, and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation and vital sign monitoring
