Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that enhances quality of life
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
- Document care accurately and collaborate with the care team to ensure best outcomes
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state of Maine
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for connecting with residents and team members
- Solid knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Basic computer skills for accurate documentation
