Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support safe patient mobility and transfers
• Document care provided accurately and promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Georgia (or compact state, if applicable)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient needs
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
