Virtual Monitor Tech
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

End Date: 09-22-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, no set schedules
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms remotely for up to 60 patients using advanced technology
- Recognize and report dangerous arrhythmias following established protocols
- Collaborate with local RN staff to ensure timely patient care interventions
- Accurately document rhythm changes and maintain detailed surveillance records
- Strive to improve patient outcomes and department performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience in cardiac monitoring
- Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam with lethal rhythms as pass/fail
- Graduation from an accredited program including EKG Interpretation
- Strong candidates may have 3 months of education waived
