Location: Purcell, Oklahoma

Start Date: 06-29-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, flexible 8-hour days with start times between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, 35 hours per week guaranteed

Hours per Week: 40

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based rehabilitative treatments that help patients regain independence
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities under PT supervision
Track patient progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with the supervising therapist
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy strategies
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Collaborate with the care team during conferences and utilization reviews
Support students and contribute to a positive learning environment

Qualifications

Active PTA license in Oklahoma
At least 1 year of PTA experience required
Long-term care or rehab experience preferred
New grads welcome with strong Level II clinical experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
