Ultrasound Technologist - Vascular
Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Start Date: 07-20-2026
End Date: 10-18-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Days shift, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and rotating schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations of the vascular system and breast
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process in a friendly manner
- Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnostic results
- Maintain equipment and document patient histories and images
- Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages
Qualifications
- Active RDMS certification required
- RVT certification preferred but not required
- Vascular ultrasound experience is a big plus
- Breast ultrasound experience helpful but not required
- Current Rhode Island state license or compact eligibility
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in vascular ultrasound techniques
- Proficiency with ultrasound equipment and image optimization
- Strong patient communication and bedside manner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
