Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound and echocardiography procedures with precision and care
• Collaborate with physicians to assess patient conditions and determine appropriate imaging protocols
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout each exam
• Analyze imaging results and communicate findings clearly to the healthcare team
• Maintain imaging equipment and uphold strict safety and hygiene standards
• Document patient records accurately and provide compassionate education to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Current ARDMS certification required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• ECHO certification strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of ultrasound and echocardiography experience
• Proof of negative TB test within 12 months prior to contract start date
• Active California state license or ability to obtain upon acceptance

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in echocardiography and diagnostic ultrasound techniques
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and imaging best practices
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Comfort with electronic medical records and imaging software
