End Date: 11-04-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that empower them to regain independence in daily living skills
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and facility guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure the best outcomes for each patient
- Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation of all services provided
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, promoting a safe healing environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
- Active California OT license (or ability to obtain before start)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy assessment and treatment methods
- Patient evaluation and critical thinking skills
- Care planning and documentation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
