Shift Type: Per diem, 6-hour shifts, days and times vary based on facility needs
Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and other therapists to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and adjust therapeutic approaches to maximize outcomes
- Educate and empower families to support communication goals at home
- Participate in multidisciplinary care team meetings to ensure coordinated treatment
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Pediatric speech and language development
- Diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices
- Excellent documentation and time-management skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
