Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Day
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient
- Provide skilled therapy services to improve communication and swallowing function
- Document patient progress in compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure holistic care
- Champion infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
- Current California SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in speech, language, and swallowing therapy
- Strong patient evaluation and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Effective communication and clinical problem-solving
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and infection control standards
