Candidate Pay Rate: $94 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare pediatric patients for surgery with care and precision
Assess pre-op conditions to ensure safety and comfort
Collaborate with surgical team for seamless transitions
Monitor vital signs and provide compassionate support
Educate families to ease their concerns and build trust

Qualifications

Active RN license in Massachusetts
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Compassion for working with children and families
Strong clinical skills in pre-op assessment
