Location: West Branch, Michigan
Start Date: 06-01-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (40 Hour Guarantee, No Weekends, No On-Call)
Hours per Week: 45
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities through formal and informal testing measures
- Develop and implement goal-specific treatment plans
- Submit written treatment plans and updates to physicians
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
- Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants, Home Health Aides, and students
Qualifications
- Active Michigan Occupational Therapist License
- Occupational Therapy experience required
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Skills checklist current to 1 year, pertinent to Occupational Therapy
- 2 supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
Education
- Occupational Therapy degree

- Treatment plan development and implementation
- Communication and education skills
- Supervision and leadership skills
