Location: Fredricksburg, Virginia

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating shifts including every other weekend, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to NICU patients
- Operate and maintain life-support equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy
- RRT certification required
- NICU experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications preferred
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
Knowledge & Skills
- Respiratory therapy skills
- NICU experience
- CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and intubation assistance skills
- Mechanical ventilation management
