Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care to residents in a SNF facility
- Assess and document resident conditions
- Assist with direct patient care
- Promote good working relationships with other departments and co-workers
- Notify nurses of any changes in resident conditions
Qualifications
- Current California CNA license
- 1 year of experience (or less) in a similar role
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
