Roles & Responsibilities

Provide individualized care to residents in a SNF facility
Assess and document resident conditions
Assist with direct patient care
Promote good working relationships with other departments and co-workers
Notify nurses of any changes in resident conditions

Qualifications

Current California CNA license
1 year of experience (or less) in a similar role
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills
