Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 4 on 2 off rotation
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to Alzheimer's/Dementia residents
- Assess and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Travel RN license
- Experience in long-term care or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
