Roles & Responsibilities

Provide in-home therapy services to patients
Maximize patient independence and safety
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

Valid Vermont Occupational Therapist licensure
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Experience in a home care setting preferred

Education

Occupational Therapy degree and licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Occupational therapy techniques and best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
