Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients at the Philly Industrial PICC site
• Assess patient status, perform focused head-to-toe and IV/PICC assessments, and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and per protocol
• Perform PICC line care and assist with troubleshooting and dressing changes as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient-centered care plans
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care
• Float to nearby facilities when requested to support staffing needs and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred when applicable
• PICC experience or certification preferred; clinical IV experience a strong plus
• Comfortable floating to other facilities and adapting to different unit workflows
• Professional communication skills and strong documentation practices
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute or infusion nursing experience preferred

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in IV therapy and PICC line care
• Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment
• Proficient with electronic medical records and accurate charting
• Infection control practices and safe medication administration
• Time management, teamwork, and the ability to triage priorities in a busy environment
