Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend and every other holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support interventions
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Iowa (or compact state) - we'll help with licensing
- Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
- At least 2 years of recent ICU experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in critical care monitoring and life support equipment
- Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and lab values
- Ability to manage complex patient cases in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
