Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients across all acuity levels
Collaborate with providers and the care team to ensure seamless patient experiences
Perform critical procedures including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation
Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR while delivering high-quality care
Respond swiftly to changing patient needs in a fast-paced 23-bed ED environment

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of Emergency Department experience
Current ALS, BLS, TNCC, and ENPC or PALS certifications required
Preferred: 2 years of ED experience and ENPC certification
Team player with a flexible, positive, and upbeat demeanor

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency with Welch Allyn and GE equipment
Experience with Meditech EMR documentation
Ability to maintain 4:1 patient ratios while delivering excellent care
Comfort working in a Level IV Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center
