Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients presenting with a wide range of urgent conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver rapid, evidence-based interventions
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency procedures with confidence
• Document patient care accurately and advocate for each patient's unique needs
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care to promote positive outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required; ACLS and PALS preferred
• Previous emergency department experience is a plus
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations
• A genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Knowledge of emergency nursing standards and protocols
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and medication administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
