Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert ventilator management and support for adult and neonatal patients
Deliver life-saving respiratory treatments including BiPAP, nebulizer therapy, and ABG draws
Assist with intubations and provide standby support during conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
Care for neonates 32 weeks and up using bubble CPAP in a strong level 2 nursery setting
Collaborate with a dedicated lead therapist and 24/7 hospitalist team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT credential accepted
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Proven NICU experience with strong level 2 nursery competency
Ventilator management skills and ability to assist with intubations

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator setup and management with PB 980 and Philips equipment
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP expertise
ABG draws and respiratory treatment administration
Neonatal care for 32 weeks and older infants
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
