Location: Zanesville, Ohio

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night Shift - 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care to patients across multiple acute care settings
Manage ventilators, BiPAP, and perform arterial blood gases with precision
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Float between facilities as needed to support staffing and patient care needs
Deliver compassionate care while maintaining the highest clinical standards

Qualifications

Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist license required
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Current BLS certification
Minimum 3 years of acute care experience including vents, BiPAP, and blood gases
CRT/RRT credential accepted with appropriate experience

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management and respiratory equipment expertise
Arterial blood gas analysis and interpretation
BiPAP and advanced respiratory support techniques
Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
Flexibility to adapt across multiple clinical settings
