Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem, as needed; rotating 6-hour shifts (specific shift times and days vary)
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate respiratory care to pediatric patients
- Assess and monitor respiratory status and respond to changes
- Administer oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and airway management
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Respiratory Therapist license required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required
- Current BLS certification required; PALS preferred
- Pediatric or hospital respiratory experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a per diem role
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and modalities
- Compassionate and clear communicator with patients and families
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
- Proficient with electronic health records
