Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Rotating 12.5-hour shifts, schedule varies based on need
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate respiratory care to patients of all ages
- Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status and respond to changes
- Administer breathing treatments and manage ventilator support
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans
- Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and home care
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)
- BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
