Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients with respiratory conditions
• Administer oxygen therapy, medications, and respiratory treatments
• Manage and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient care
• Document patient responses and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and home management

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
• BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
• Previous respiratory therapy experience, especially in pediatric or hospital settings, is a plus
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
