Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts with confidence
- Provide compassionate bedside care to patients requiring continuous monitoring
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure seamless treatment plans
- Document patient progress accurately and keep families informed
- Support unit operations during high-acuity periods
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Telemetry or med-surg experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong assessment and communication skills
