Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to individualized care plans
• Assess residents' conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records
• Advocate for residents' health, safety, and well-being

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to quality care
• No minimum experience required; new graduate RNs are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of nursing practices, including medication administration and patient assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents, families, and team members
• Ability to work independently and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with electronic health records and accurate documentation
• Compassion, patience, and a team-oriented mindset
