Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, family-centered nursing care to pediatric patients
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions with precision and heart
• Administer medications and treatments safely while keeping little ones comfortable
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and adjust care plans
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and escalate when needed
• Champion a safe, healing environment for every child who walks through our doors
• Document accurately and thoroughly to keep the care team connected

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oregon (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
• PALS certification strongly preferred
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred - we'll help you grow if you have a passion for kids
• Comfort with 12.5-hour shifts and fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and a team-player attitude
