Location: Portland, Oregon

Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem, as needed; 12.5-hour shifts, schedule varies based on facility needs
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, family-centered nursing care to pediatric patients
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions with precision and heart
- Administer medications and treatments safely while keeping little ones comfortable
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and adjust care plans
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
- Respond quickly to changes in patient status and escalate when needed
- Champion a safe, healing environment for every child who walks through our doors
- Document accurately and thoroughly to keep the care team connected
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Oregon (or compact eligibility)
- BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
- PALS certification strongly preferred
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred - we'll help you grow if you have a passion for kids
- Comfort with 12.5-hour shifts and fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and a team-player attitude
