Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, expert care to our tiniest patients in a Level 3 NICU
- Monitor and manage critical equipment including medfusion pumps, alaris, giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of primarily RNs and support staff to deliver outstanding neonatal care
- Document patient progress accurately using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
- Maintain a nurturing environment that supports both babies and their families
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact license
- Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience required
- Not a first-time traveler preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate personality
- Willingness to follow strict dress code of navy scrubs with no nail polish or artificial nails
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong Level 3 NICU clinical skills
- Experience with medfusion pumps, alaris, giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
- Proficient with CPN and Meditech EMR documentation
- Ability to manage 3-4 patients per shift confidently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
