Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert care to our tiniest patients in a Level 3 NICU
Monitor and manage critical equipment including medfusion pumps, alaris, giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
Collaborate with a dedicated team of primarily RNs and support staff to deliver outstanding neonatal care
Document patient progress accurately using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
Maintain a nurturing environment that supports both babies and their families

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact license
Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience required
Not a first-time traveler preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate personality
Willingness to follow strict dress code of navy scrubs with no nail polish or artificial nails

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Level 3 NICU clinical skills
Experience with medfusion pumps, alaris, giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
Proficient with CPN and Meditech EMR documentation
Ability to manage 3-4 patients per shift confidently
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
