Registered Nurse - NICU
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend (EOW)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate and support families through challenging times
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic
- Utilize advanced technology such as OBix, Voalte, and Hugs for patient monitoring
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Michigan
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Experience with Epic, OBix, Voalte, and Hugs preferred
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of neonatal assessment and interventions
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (Epic)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
