Registered Nurse - NICU
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to critically ill newborns in our Level III NICU
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Support families with education and emotional guidance during their NICU journey
- Utilize advanced monitoring systems including Epics, OBix, and Voalte
- Ensure a safe and healing environment for our tiniest patients
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of recent NICU experience
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Proficiency with Epic, OBix, Voalte, and Hugs systems
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in neonatal care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable with high-stress situations and quick decision-making
- Experience with neonatal resuscitation and emergency procedures
