Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to med/surg patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care interventions
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact state
• BLS certification required
• Previous med/surg or acute care nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of standard nursing practices and med/surg patient care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in EHR documentation and medication administration
• Excellent teamwork, advocacy, and patient education skills
