Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, family-centered care to pediatric patients
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for Med/Surg patients
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio or a compact state
• Current BLS certification (PALS preferred)
• Prior Med/Surg or pediatric nursing experience is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassion and dedication to pediatric care
