Location: Baudette, Minnesota

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every 3rd weekend and 3rd holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care across Med/Surg and Emergency departments
Admit, discharge, and transfer patients while managing complex needs
Titrate critical drips including insulin, amiodarone, cardizem, and levophed
Respond swiftly to codes for cardiorespiratory, stroke, and sepsis emergencies
Monitor telemetry, interpret strips, and perform EKGs with precision
Collaborate with hospitalists and transport teams during critical transfers

Qualifications

Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
Minimum one year of Emergency Department experience
Comfortable working independently with minimal staffing support

Knowledge & Skills

Med/Surg and Emergency nursing expertise
Titratable drip management and telemetry monitoring
Meditech EMR proficiency
Hamilton T1 ventilator, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen experience
Strong communication and critical-thinking abilities
