Shift Type: Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, weekends and holidays as required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans, adjusting as needed based on response to treatment
• Coordinate and supervise patient care, delegating tasks to the healthcare team when appropriate
• Provide patient education and ensure thorough discharge planning for smooth transitions
• Accurately document all patient care activities including medication administration, wound assessments, and progress toward goals
• Recognize and report abnormal assessment data, incorporating findings into the plan of care
• Deliver comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to a diverse patient population, from pediatric to geriatric

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire RN License or Compact License required
• Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 3+ years of current Medical-Surgical experience required
• Previous travel experience (at least 6 months) required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Telemetry/Progressive Care experience preferred
• Must have your own vehicle for this assignment
• Able to work the posted schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
