Shift Type: Monday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Maine
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption (as per facility policy)
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide state or federal identification

  • Care planning and coordination
  • Accurate clinical documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments
