Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse population
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies with precision and care
• Monitor and document patient vitals and condition changes proactively
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless, quality care
• Educate patients and families on care plans and healthy living
• Maintain accurate medical records while following all regulations

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license if applicable)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
• At least one year of nursing experience preferred
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and teams

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of nursing best practices and patient safety standards
• Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to stay calm and act swiftly in emergencies
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Team-oriented with a passion for patient advocacy
