Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for every patient
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state)
• BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and care planning
• Medication administration and IV therapy (RNs)
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• EMR documentation proficiency
