Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop effective care plans
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and healing environment
• Communicate openly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented religious/medical exemption required
• Must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to patient well-being

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in medication administration and documentation
• Understanding of long-term care and skilled nursing standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
