Location: Grand Island, Nebraska

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert care to laboring and postpartum patients
Monitor and titrate critical drips including Pitocin, Magnesium, and Procardia
Support mothers through every stage of childbirth with skill and empathy
Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Educate and empower families on breastfeeding and newborn care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS and NRP certifications required
Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
Clean driving record and valid driver's license for radius verification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Labor & Delivery clinical skills
Experience with titration of drips
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Comfortable working independently within a supportive team environment
