Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Unit
• Quickly assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes with confidence
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform life-saving interventions as needed
• Collaborate with a stellar team of physicians and nurses to create seamless patient care plans
• Educate and support patients and their families during some of the most challenging times

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California (or compact) - required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• ICU or critical care experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Great communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expert in critical care nursing practices
• Comfortable with ventilators, cardiac monitors, and advanced life support
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Excellent patient and family communication
