Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral health best practices and post-treatment care
• Take and develop dental X-rays while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain accurate patient records
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and preventive care
• Knowledge of dental radiography techniques and safety
• Familiarity with infection control standards and OSHA guidelines
• Excellent patient education and chairside manner
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
