Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and preventive treatments
- Educate patients on oral health best practices and post-treatment care
- Take and develop dental X-rays while ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean clinical environment
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and preventive care
- Knowledge of dental radiography techniques and safety
- Familiarity with infection control standards and OSHA guidelines
- Excellent patient education and chairside manner
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
