Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support mobility and transfer needs to ensure patient safety
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital settings preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and infection control
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
